Kip Fanta is a business and technology advisor, speaker, trainer, and executive coach focused on helping leaders strengthen partnership across business, technology, and shared services. His work centers on building the clarity, trust, and shared accountability needed to move organizations beyond transactional delivery and into true strategic partnership.
Kip’s work spans four complementary ventures.
Through Kip Fanta Group, he provides advisory, coaching, facilitation, and executive speaking focused on Business Relationship Management(BRM), leadership, and the convergence of business, technology, and shared services. Kip is a Master Business Relationship Manager (MBRM) and a registered Knowledge Provider with the BRM Institute, delivering BRM training and certification programs while advising organizations on how to design and mature BRM capabilities.
Through Relations Research, he helps leaders bring relationship intelligence into important business conversations, uncovering strengths, gaps, and risk across critical relationships.
Through Inixia, he delivers Professional Global Business Services (GBS) training and advisory programs that help organizations strengthen service management, stakeholder engagement, and capability development.
Through GetInSync, where he serves as Senior Vice President, he helps organizations improve visibility and decision-making through a modern Application Portfolio Management platform.
Kip spent 25 years with Procter & Gamble in leadership roles across Information Technology and Global Business Services. His experience includes multiple senior BRM roles, service design, SAP implementation, manufacturing operations, retail leadership, internal controls, and people development.
He has worked extensively across the globe and is frequently invited to speak, facilitate, and lead executive conversations for organizations seeking stronger partnership, better leadership, and greater business impact.
Kip earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University. He lives in Naples, Florida, with his wife, and they have two grown children.
