Kip partners closely with the BRM Institute (brm.institute) across multiple areas of Business Relationship Management (BRM) capability development, and with Inixia (inixia.com) to deliver Professional Global Business Services (GBS) training and advisory programs.

Kip is a Master Business Relationship Manager (MBRM) and a registered Knowledge Provider (KP) with the BRM Institute. Through the BRM Institute’s Knowledge Path to Success (KPTS), he delivers the full suite of BRM training and certification programs and collaborates with Inixia to provide Professional Global Business Services (GBS) training.

Beyond training, Kip advises and coaches organizations across the U.S. and globally, helping leaders design, implement, and mature their Business Relationship Management and Global Business Services capabilities.

​

Kip also serves as Senior Vice President at GetInSync (getinsync.ca), where he helps strengthen partner relationships and drive customer value through a modern Application Portfolio Management (APM) platform.

​

In addition, he collaborates with Relations Research (relationsresearch.com), helping bring relationship intelligence into leadership conversations to surface strengths, gaps, and potential risk across critical relationships.

​

Prior to founding the Kip Fanta Group, Kip spent 25 years with Procter & Gamble (P&G) in a variety of leadership roles across Information Technology and Global Business Services (GBS). During this time, he held several Business Relationship Manager (BRM) roles, gaining deep experience in how technology and shared services can drive business outcomes and enterprise value.

Among his key assignments was serving as Senior BRM for P&G’s Global Home Care Business Unit, where he reported to the Group President of the business and served as part of the global leadership team. In this role, Kip led IT and GBS contributions across a wide range of enterprise capabilities, including brand building, business intelligence, digital marketing, facilities management, financial services, consumer relations, e-commerce, supply chain, and research and development.

Kip also served as Senior BRM for P&G’s Target Corporation retail account, reporting to the Sales Vice President. In this role, he held responsibility for the IT and GBS capabilities supporting the account while managing senior relationships with both P&G headquarters leadership and Target’s senior IT leadership.

​

In addition, Kip held leadership roles within Global Business Services training and development, including leading the annual “Band 3 College” program for first-time people managers. His broader experience at P&G spans service design, SAP implementation, manufacturing operations, retail leadership, and internal controls.

​

Throughout his career, Kip has worked extensively around the globe, including Panama, Costa Rica, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, China, the Philippines, and Singapore. He values the opportunity to work with diverse cultures, organizations, and leadership styles.

Kip is frequently called upon to moderate, emcee, and speak at conferences, leadership forums, and executive meetings. Known for his engaging style and passion for developing leaders, he has been a sought-after speaker, trainer, and facilitator for more than 35 years.

Kip was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is married, has two grown children, and resides in Naples, Florida.
